I Am Pre-menopausal. Have A Swollen Lymph Gland. Feeling Lumps In My Breast. What Could It Be?
I have no periods and I am 40 years old. I may get one from time to time. I think I am pre-menopausal. I have a swollen lymph gland in my left arm pit, and my left arm and hand swells often and both of my breasts have been extremely sore for a very long time, For the first time I am feeling lumps in my breasts, I have dense breasts. My doctor told me yesterday that he wants me to get a mammogram asap. Do you think this could be IBC?

Hello dear your issues needs to be discussed in detail. ....you are premenopasual .breasts are sore have lump etc and swelling toooo....dear theses all are bit alarming ng you should do mammography ...yes if your breast are too dense do breasy ultrasound ...if there is something akarming you can do your blood c.p...calcium levels ....fine needle aspirations cytology all these will help to diagnosis...stay blesed but dear dont delay your tests ...you need to be conscious
