I am pre puberty and looking to improve speed and strength. I believe that low reps like 4-5 will be better for improving neuromuscular recruitment than a rep range of 8-12 for building muscle which will not be effective due to lack of testosterone. What rep range do you recommend. I have good form in sprinting and weightlifting. I was also wondering what you think would be better for increasing speed and strength as pre puberty adolescent, weightlifting or sprinting.
