I Am Reviewing A CT Scan Of My Chest Performed

I am reviewing a CT Scan of my chest performed after 6 rounds of chemotherapy for non-Hodgkin lymphoma, and read the following which I don't fully understand:
"In the right infrahilar very bronchial region there is a mildly prominent lymph node measuring approx. 11 x 15 mm in axial dimension but appearing decreased in volume in coronal dimension.
