I Am Reviewing My Surgical Pathology Report Post LEEP Procedure.

I am reviewing my surgical pathology report post LEEP procedure. the terminology is confusing me:

Specimen A; Cervical tophat. Result: Endocervical tissue gas only with no significant pathological alterations. (what does "gas only" mean?) Specimen B : Cervix, conization. Results: ectocervical tissue-one patient to showing changes of condyloma acuminatum (LSIL). Epithelium is moderately denuded but surgical margins with intact epithelium appear free of viral changes. ( what does "Tissue-one patient" mean? Do I need a repeat LEEP since the epithelium was denuded?)
