add iron in your diet from natural suppliments also. have more vegetables and rich fibrous fruits in your diet. for more iron specially have beet root and pomegranate in your diet. jaggery also helps increase hb.

Constipation is a common complain during pregnancy. Iron tablet mostly causes loose stools but constipation rare. Take plenty of water, liquid diet, orange juice, lemons. You may also use some bulk laxatives by gyane's advise.

hello dear, take natural supplements, like have a piece of jaggery daily, take 2 dates and figs daily, increase ur green vegetables in diet. Iron does cause constipation.
Try alternative medicine like homoeopathy. Increase fibre in diet.Take powder lactifibre in water at night.

Your are suffering from low Hb% i recommend you taking natural Iron resource like cooking vegetables in iron container and using some ayurvedic medicines rich in iron..
if you are suffering from excessive contipation . use some herbal laxatives safe in pregnancy periods....like Triphala(Capsule/Tablet/Powder) in little quantity at bed time
