my hands and whole body shivers whenever i have little confusion of some one watching me closely and i cant stand for a long time my legs get tired

Hi.. Confusion of some one watching you?? It is a normal response.. Shivering can occur when you are tensed.. So guess you may have to solve the reason for you getting tensed..
