iam suffering from headakes with i have had for three days now also feel dizzy sometime also blowtedness n sickness but iam not being sick also iam constipated i do take alot off pain killers coz i have a twisted spine whats wrong with me

You must be having cervical spondylitis as you said you are having twisted spine.
It is better if you consult an orhtopedic surgeon.
For constipation drink lot of water and fibre rich diet.
