I Am Suffering From Pain In My Upper Posteriolatral Thighfor

I am suffering from pain in my upper posteriolatral thighfor 5 years. Recent MRI shows sub cutaneous inflammation in that area.pain increase on sitting. Can't sit for at least 5 mins .I tried every thing anti inflammatory and steroid shots .not relieve pain and swelling.plz help me
