I Am Suffering From Pyria Since Long Time , I

I am suffering from pyria since long time , I had cleaned my teeth & gums with dentist , but still problem doesn't resolved , even bad smell comes from mouth , even I am trying all precaution as per doctor advise eg : two time brush before going to bed , I always feeling embarrassing , pl give me your valuable advice so this sickness can be solved once for all , if I get deliverance from this I will be Very grateful forever.
