Hi, I am suffering right pleural effusion , CT scan was taken the following result finding are given: 1. there is moderate right pleural effusion shown 2. There is collapse of right lower lobe . oblique fissural thickening and fibrosis seen in the left lower lobe. 3. There are a few enlarged mediastinal nodes seen in the following groups (a) Pretracheal and (b) right paratracheal regions. the nodes measures about 0.9 to 1.0cm. few enlarged nodes are seen in the right subphrenic space. 4. Mesenteric fat stranding is seen in the abdomen. 5. Focal haemangioma is seen in the D4 vertebra. 6. Rest of the lungs, distribution of brochial and vascular structure, cardiac size and suprarenal glands are normal. Kindly give your opinion regarding the above finding and medically suggest me regarding the same, thanks
