I really do appreciate any input for my situation about 10 days ago I started feeling pain coming down from my shoulder down to my right arm it got worse and worse right now it wont let me sleep or even let me lay on bed the only thing so far that feels good is ice and heating pads but i am back to where i started after it wears off, Is this a pinched nerve or a more complex situation any input advice will appreciated thank you and have a great day.

hello..
the prob u described can be frozen shoulder pain.its better to use ice pack and hotpack..once u try to touch ur back at scapula bone.whether u r able to reach ur back while bathing??whether u r able to remove T-shirt???
if not then u have to start treatment from physiotherapist..
