i am suffering from sinus what should i do to increase the immunity, almost 10 years. mucus will be coming through the mouth and headache and sometimes sore throat also. usually i take tab sinarest everyday morning - only once. when its severe i used to consult doctors and they give some antibotics and some tabs - but its happending frequently

the best treatment in this world is in your hands. avoid the allergen take precaurions to avoid them. put a mask while you go out dont roam in parks.
