I Am Taking Ciprofloxacin 500 Mg For An Ear Infection

I am taking Ciprofloxacin 500 mg for an ear infection that went into myone tooth . So far I have had 4 doses.
I just notice a tiny lesion or blister that is open on my outside upper lip. I do have a prescription for Triamcinolone 0.1% Paste.
Is this open lesion a side effect of the Cipro and would it be safe to use the paste? or just continue to use my Chap stick total hydration and see if it gets any worse.
