I am taking doxycycline and acid bacillus capsules for rosacea. It instantly controls the flare up and the pustules subside. But I find that going off it brings the condition back. I exercise regularly and that seems to cause the condition to flare as does the sun. How long can I take this? I reduce it to once every alternate night but I find I am starting to get discomfort in my stomach area occasionally. Last night I got a severe bout of nausea within ten minutes of taking it. This is after I stopped for a week.
