I Am Unable To Take Deep Breath And Feel Severe Pain In Left Armpit. What Is Causing This ?

i am 24 years old and have have not been able to take a full breath for days. I am also feelig very anxious and had a sharp pain in left armpit on Tuesday. I have been getting extremely tired walking up steps even though i work out everday. Along with those symptoms i have had a lot of gas and my stomach feels full to the brim. Last year i had similar symptom and went to doctor . took stress test, ekg , and heart sonogram and ieverything came back normal. I am feeling anxious all of the time and not sure what is wrong. This has been feeling has been happening off and on for over a year and a half. any advice?

Hi,thanks for query.You should visit your doctor again and at least go for an ekg,blood pressure check and blood counts to see your hemoglobin level.Anxiety seems to be an issue here,for that you need to have counseling with a psychiatrist.Please trust your self and have confidence in your self.Keep your self busy and do not blame self on minor mishaps.spend time with family and friends,this help you relax.

well u r young and previous episode that u cheked ur cardiac assessment normal. u mentioned working out . could be ur muscle cramps due to lots of sweat and salt loss. is it summers that bothers u . tell me any family hx of heart disease in relatives under age 45.also does movements of left arm increases the pain , if yes than probably muscular
