I Am Up Right Now Coughing It 04:00am This Is

I am up right now coughing it 04:00am this is interfering with my sleep I have had this cough for over a year. I have been diagnosed with asthma I have been given all the medication even repeated Medes. Which has not worked. I had a allergic reaction to Processed ham whereby I was vomiting 15min after. I keep getting pins and needles in my arms. Whilst coughing Clare mucus is coming up I am wheezing a lot even though I have taken my inhaler this morning. I have been to my doctors, I am seeing a cheesy specialist and I have been to A&E on several occasions only to be diagnosed with the same medication. And now typing this to you I am thinking about going to the hospital again I have just coughed and was about to vomit again. I feel that I'm wasting there time but I don't know what to do or who really understands what I'm going through. With all this coughing and lack of sleep my body is tired Any suggestions please.
