I Am Using Deviry Tablet For The Last 10 Days.

I am using deviry tablet for the last 10 days. On 13th day I got periods but spotting very lite. My question is why less bleeding during periods. And my doctor suggested to take novelin tablet from 2nd day of cycle. Can I take novalin right now. And what is the use of novalin tab.
