I am very concerned about my husband. He is 50 years old, has Afib, is obese & is currently experiencing symptoms of vomiting when getting up from the bed or if he is in a chair for a long period of time. It's happened twice in the last few days. He also has dizziness at times & has periods of sweating & fatigue. He was told years ago that he was 'pre-diabetic'. He also started this 'intermittent fasting' where he will go without eating for 2 or 3 days & then eat quite a bit. Can you give me any idea on this & what could be going on with him? Thank You!
