I Am Waiting To Get An MRI For Cervical Area

I am waiting to get an MRI for cervical area for possible herniated disc. After my PT session I get severe nausea and still having nausea now. I also feel like their is pressure to my trachea/esophogas. I feel like there is a lump in my throat when I swallow and I feel really hot, dizzy at times and short of breath easier. Is this common or should I be going to the ER.
