I am wheezing upon exhale but nit in my chest more from the back of my throat. I have asthma and this happens a lot. I checked my throat and it looks white at the back. I had a total thyroidectomy in 2012 and have had additional breathing problems since then. Usually I give myself a nebulizer treatment and take a regimen of prednisone. I am also sneezing a lot today. Any advice?
