I am writing for a 73 year old male who has experienced periodic brown discharges while urinating. The substance is not of the same viscosity as the urine and remains separated. There is no swelling, pain, or tenderness. He has erectile dysfunction and has not experienced ejaculation for several years, and, in that regard, is unable to report symptoms related to erection or ejaculation. In addition, he is uncircumcised and reports a small discoloration on the head of the penis. His concern is about potential causes of and treatments for the brown discharge.
