I Awoke This Morning With A Big Painful Lump On

I awoke this morning with a big painful lump on my right brow bone extending down and underneath the brow bone. I went to my dermatologist and he thinks it is a cyst. He injected it with cortisone and started me on antibiotics. I have gad a massive headache over the area all day long. I even took OTC migraine medication 7 hours ago. Is this headache normal?
