I Babysit For A Child Who Will Be Four In

I babysit for a child who will be four in July...she is constantly up on her toes. She will get up on her tippy toes, stiffen her legs, stiffen her arms while stretching her fingers out, and open her jaw and jut it side to side when excited, but walks on her toes 98% of the time. I also have to give her ques to stay on task (ie., during lunch, picking up toys, etc.) -- more than any other child. She fidgets a lot and seems to have "spastic" movements as if she needs to stretch her muscles to relieve tension (ie., 45 minutes to an hour at nap time before finally falling asleep). Developmentally, I think she is on track... she's very smart... Just always in motion ! I mentioned my observations to her mom and she said she was going to mention my concerns to her daughter's pediatrician. I know that toe walking is very common in children, but her "phase" seems to be lasting longer than I've seen any other child do it and she does the other stims in conjunction. Her parents were told she may benefit from therapy, but they are going to try to correct the behavior on their own using stiff shoes. I have been reminding the little girl "no toes, flat feet" for quite a while and will continue to do so, but is there a name for her condition [besides idiopathic toe walking]?
