I Believe 9/1 Or 9/2, I Walked Through A Field

I believe 9/1 or 9/2, I walked through a field of zinnias and cut some for the table. I noticed I felt generalized itching when I got home, including my eyes. I had a massage on Wed and was exposed to the therapist's massage oil, including my face. I think Thursday I put Sunscreen directly on my face before walking in the sun for approximately 1 hour. This sunscreen is Elta MD skincare Broad Spectrum SPF 46. I have never done this before always using a moisture cream before applying this sunscreen. My face started to have itchy spots starting on my cheeks probably Thursday and this has continued, increasing in amount every day mostly on my cheeks but also on the temple area and some on my forehead. I bought liquid Benadryl and have found some relief using 12.5 to 25 mgm prn but my face is tingling and I feel generally itchy especially towards the last afternoon and I notice more spots occurring. Should I see my MD or dermatologist? What are the possible causes---Rosacea, contact or allergic dermatitis, anything else? Soaps have not changed. Thank you for taking my questions
