I believe I accidentally cut my radial artery at work today. About 3 inches above the wrist area. I was cutting apart a zip tie, when my very sharp razor knife slipped.Blood gushed out, similar to when you place your finger over a water hose. Bled profusely for about 20-30 seconds? Bleeding did finally stop when I was told to raise my hand above my head. What did I do and how serious was this?
