I believe to be about 5 weeks pregnant, last night started bleeding not much but pink to bright red and brownish and my pad isn't soaked. I see concerned so went in this morning to find out I have two sacks but nothing in either one and one was smaller than the other and they both were positioned right from what the lady said. Like they aren't lower.. The doctor came in and told me she thinks i should be around 7 weeks and she believes I'm having a miscarriage. I've had 3 previous pregnancies, all boys and healthy. I'm rh negative so I also had to get the shot. What are the chances of it just being implantation bleeding and I'm just maybe 5 weeks which on the ultra sound it measures 5 weeks and one day...? Please give me some good news or anything. Thank you!
