I Can Ejaculate But My Penis Hasn't Grown

Hi, I am 14 and about 160cm tall. I can ejaculate, have quite a bit of pubic hair and get erections, but my penis hasn t grown and it is embarassing, my voice is starting to break and I am getting a few underarm hairs. Is it normal for you to be able to ejaculate before your penis lengthens? Please help
