I Cannot Lift My Top Leg (left) When Lying Down

I cannot lift my top leg (left) when lying down on my right side with my right leg straight and my left leg bent.
I have had a back fusion from L4-S1 about four years ago. Over the past 18 months, I have deteriorated to the point I can't sit/stand/walk for more than about 5-10 minutes without lying down. I have terrible pain/tingling/burning/numbness/cramping again going down my left leg, through waistband area, buttocks, outer thigh/hip, lateral front of shin, ankle and toes. Cannot lift my big toe. New symptoms are: numbness on lower inner thigh, intermittent partial vaginal numbness and some weird sphincter twitching sensation around my anal area (embarrassing) when I walk.I am now maxed out on neurontin, and refuse to go to narcotic meds.
Had a recent MR, my neurosurgeon said the fusion is stable. Didn't speak to any other levels. I asked what the next steps and he recommended more drugs or neuro-stim paddles. At this point, a rusty hacksaw sounds about right. These new symptoms are totally different than anything else I've ever experienced. Should I go see someone else, go to the hospital like now, or forget about these new symptoms and proceed with the stim, which will hopefully block all this? I just don't want there to be something actually wrong that needs repair, and not be able to feel it because the stim blocks the sensations.
Thanks. Apologies for long length. I appreciate your time and consideration in this matter, and I look forward to hearing from you soon.
