I Currently Am Taking Tri Sprintec (birth Control Pill) And

I currently am taking tri sprintec (birth control pill) and took minocycline for acne for one week. I felt nauseous so I stopped the minocycline. However, I have had about 3 days of spotting, is it due to the minocycline? Did it decrease the effectiveness of my birth control?
