I Currently Take Amlodipine For High Blood Pressure. Last Night

I currently take amlodipine for high blood pressure. Last night I started to have a pain in my chest and pain when taking deep breaths. I went to urgent care and had an EKG and a chest xray which came back perfect. My blood pressure, however, is elevated. Fluctuating between 162/102 to 122/82 . I have recently taken on more work, could this be caused by stress or anxiety?
