I Cut My Calf When I Slipped My Foot Thru

I cut my calf when i slipped my foot thru a hole with sharp edge tiles 16 days ago.. it was deep that they have to stitch inside then stitch the skin.. i just wanna ask if how long would this take to fully heal? And what kind of exercise should i do to recover fast? Thanks.
