I Developed A Blood Clot That Went From My Groin

I developed a blood clot that went from my groin to the back of my knee two weeks after having hip replacement surgery in July of 2013. I still have the DVT. I have passed several clots over the years, I have 5 recorded PE's and no feeling in my toes due to the damage when the clots have passed. My GP put me on Harlingen 2weeks ago due to the burning feeling in my heel. I know am always tired, sleeping more than I ever have in my life,13 hours and I have an extreme lack of coordination and I have fallen twice, even though I walk with a walker. Should I stop taking the carpenter and is there another medication I should take?
