I did a pelvic scan and the scan reveals a gravid anteverted uterus with homogeneous echogencity and regular border outline
The uterine size measuring 74mm x43mm x47mm in length, AP thickness and coronal width respectively.
Noted within the endometrial cavity is an intact gastational sac, no foetal pole seen yet, no cardiac heart pulsation seen.
Both adenexia are free and normal
No abnormal pelvic mass, cyst or lesion seen.
No free or localised peritoneal fluid collection seen.
Moderate fluid in the cul-de-sac.
