I Did A Pelvic Scan And This Is The Result.
I did a pelvic scan and this is the result.
Scan revealed an ante verted, bulky uterus with regular shaped outline. It measures about 72×36×52mm (L X AP X T) transverse and longitudinal, diameter. Both the adnexia and ovaries are noted.
Noted in the uterine cavity a sizeable collection of haematocolpos, suggestive of a mensis in progress.
Mild collection of fluid noted in the POD in line with PID.
