I Did A Ultrasound At 4 Weeks And Was Told

I did a ultrasound at 4 weeks and was told the i have a gravid retroverted uterus and there was a gestational sac of mean sac diameter of 1.1 cm which measures 4 weeks and 1 day and they recommended that a do a second ultra sound because they could nt see into the sac because its too early ....as however upon visiting another doctor on my 6 weeks visit ultrasound i was told the complete opposite of the above and that there was a complete abortion but i didnt pass anything.
