I Don't Even Know Where To Begin. I Believe I

I don't even know where to begin. I believe I have biting mites in my house in my hair and on my body. I have had an exterminator treating my house to no avail. I have them in my cloths. They are in my hair, mouth, ears. When I rinse my mouth with mouthwash I get mites. Its disgusting. My primary care doctor has no solution. Someone said a dermatologist might be able to help.
