I Don't Have A Flashlight, So Can't Look Inside My

I don't have a flashlight, so can't look inside my mouth, but the inside of my cheeks feel rough when I brush them with my tongue. I recently had what I believe was a bout with a muscle-sore flu (no vomit). Temperature reached 101 for a day, then 100 next, then& now normal.
