I ended my period 7 days ago. This morning it starting again. I ended my period 7 days ago. This morning it starting again. I have heavy cramping but the period is light and brighter than usual. I also have PCOS. Is this somthing I should be concerned about?

Having a period 7 days after your previous one is just due to temporary hormonal imbalance.You just wait and watch for your next period. If this thing repeats, then you might need hormonal treatment to regularise your cycles.
