I estimated I was 6 weeks 4 days pregnant from my ovulation tracker app. Had a dating scan today and she estimated 5 weeks and 1 day and just saw a yolk and nothing else. Also my blood work done a week and a half ago was at 71 hcg level. Is this all normal ? it is my second pregnancy and the first one I had symptoms so soon and pregnancy test positive a few days before missed period. With this one it was only a positive test 5 days after missed period and not too many symptoms.

Should I be asking my doctor for blood tests to test the HCG levels are rising ?
