I fall down 3month bck ...on stairs while carrying table...and table corner hit my left knee badly...that time no pain...then unfortunately i twisted my leg with knee to prevent getting hit by bike...then after 15 days i started feeling lot of pain and swealing. ...got x ray done...then mri was done...bakers cyst was diagnosed. ..but its not tht huge problem i started wearing knee brace..and pain killers...soon after as pain didnt stop i was clinically check by other dr who doubt my previous mri...other mri done with report tear grade 2 in posterior horn of lateral meniscus. ..and tear in acl....then again medicine nd all...even then no relief..i c dr in delhi who examines me thoroughly. ...again mri was done as report of previous mri not supports my pain point clinically. ...then report of 3rd mri says...grade 2 tear in posterior horn of medieval meniscus. ..and ack...and bursitis. ....after tht advised fr complete rest...after 5days of rest i went follow-up but on sm day again had severe pain...and from then pain is not coming down...also taking ultasonic and lazer therapy. ..but hardly any relief from pain....what i need to do...please advise
