I Feel Burning Sensation, Itching And Irritation After Passing Stool

Hi Doctor,
I had constipation from past 6 months, but now its fine as i am taking care of my diet and i have included high fiber diet in my routine.
I pass stool everyday in the morning. However i feel burning sensation, itching, irritation after passing stool and pain in anus too.
I feel uncomfertable while sitting. And this situation remains for the whole day..

Please suggest,..
Thanks,
Grover

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi
In my opinion you got either hemorrhoids or fissure-in-ano, and this is causing disturbance in bottom of yours, hence get it examined done by a local surgeon followed by the exact treatment of the cause, by the time you are getting appointment do continue with your high fiber diet, green vegetables, fruits, plenty of oral fluid 3-4 liters per day.
In this situation I prescribe my patients with Ont-Xylocaine 5% for local application 3-4 times a day.

Regards,
Thanks
