I Feel Itching On Tip Of Penis. Is It Because Of Diabetes ?
I have been facing itching problem on the tip of the skin of the pennis . There is cut on the skin when ever it is rubbed continously . I am diabtic since last 10 years . I am on insulin thrice a day. Which specialist I should consult

it occurs mostly due to poor local hygiene, smegma collects under the prepuce and it is not cleaned daily,there is chance of chronic infection leading to itching and cut on the penis.
there is also chance of fungal infection.
