I Feel Like My Brain Is Fighting With Itself. I

I feel like my brain is fighting with itself. I go from feeling literally nothing to feeling anger, fleeting moments of happiness and back to feeling nothing. I have felt this way for the past 10 years and it keeps increasing in severity. Its now to the point I am experiencing anxiety attacks in between feeling nothing and feeling anger and there is nothing that relieves these symptoms.
