I Feel My Chest Tighten Up, Heart Pounds Really Hard, And I Get Short Of Breath. Is This An Imminent Heart Attack Or Something Else ?

From time to time, not very often though, I feel my chest tighten up, heart pounds really hard, and I get short of breath , sometimes light headed. I had an EKG for it a long time ago, and nothing showed up. Is this a blood pressure problem ? Signs of an imminent heart attack ? Something elese?

you need to get to your doctor who will do a blood pressure test and cholesterol test and will ask about your family history which is very important.
