I Feel Pain In Joint Of My Wrist

Hi, I am Sujan Khatiwada from Euless Tx. I am having problem in to my hand more-ever in joint of my wrist. I feel pain in deep like in ligaments of bone or joint. I dont know what to do and which medicine to use. i heard massage is best way for it bt what to use for massage please i want ur help...

Massage is the key to increase the circulation. The oil or any other medium you use is not that important. Once the circulation is increased, then there shall be reduction in the pain and swelling as well. Do consult your orthopedician if it is advisable to massage or else it can lead to certain complications in certain conditions.
