Sports Medicine Specialist Dr. Abhay Dikshit's  Response
Hi,
To my opinion, this should be muscular pain only if the duration of pain is not longer and/or if you have done some streneous work or exercise; but if the duration is longer you require thorough investigations and specialist's consultation.
Sometimes, proper physiotherapy also releave the problems.
