I feel sluggish and weak after waking up and I seem to be very sleepy even after 8-9 hrs of sleep. I even yawn during exercising. Earlier I was an active teenager who would do alright with even 6 hrs of sleep. What could be the problem? I have a feeling it could be diet related. How to get rid of this problem?
