I Feel Tired And Eye Sight Weakness. What Could Be The Reason For This?
I am a software engineer and I feel tired and eye sight weakness - is it the symptom of high blood sugar?

This could be a sign of high blood sugar, low haemoglobin, high blood pressure among other things.
It could also be due to pure exhaustion from your work as well as due to spending many hours looking into the monitor.
To be on safer side it is advisable that you get a complete medical checkup done to exclude any organic cause for tiredness.
Weak eyesight definitely requires a consultation with an ophthalmologist to check your visual acuity, and if you are not already using glasses, if necessary he will prescribe one for you or if you are already using glasses, check if it needs to be changed.
