I Feel Toxic. It's The Best Way To Describe It.

I feel toxic. It's the best way to describe it. My muscles ache all over and have frequently had that tingling that's akin or on the verge of pain even when I touch my own muscles (back, leg, arm). I've felt borderline nauseous but never even near throwing up (that's why I say I feel toxic) and it's like I can almost taste something in my breath when I exhale. I have a borderline headache and everything is stiff. It's been suggested I may have sleep apnea (I don't fit the profile-I'm thin and youngish still, mid-30s) but friends have heard me snoring recently and sleep apnea runs in my family. I have a history of difficulty sleeping. Could this be related to feeling toxic now or could there be another cause?
