I fell asleep and woke up feeling like my whole right side was slammed into a wall. My head hurt tremendously on the right side, my shoulder, arm, leg and feet. I had to have my husband help me to get up from the bed. Is this just fibromalagia pain? I've also been diagnosed with Neuropathy in my feet and up to my knees. I don't have diabetes. I fell and both my feet were damaged.
